My name is Phil Northcutt the CEO of Sierra Gold Hemp. We're vertically integrated hemp companies. I get the fastest answers when people say What do you do we process industrial hemp and we the bulk of our business is a crude sales lab to lab. I got into the business. I came over from the canna-business side. You know, I was injured in Iraq. I was a sergeant in the Marine Corps infantry. I had replaced our 50 caliber Gunner who was injured and an 18-hour firefight. I herniated my L4 L5 discs
and I suffered from sciatica for like 10 years. I couldn't sleep and I remember the very first time I took a CBD crude oil before I went to bed and my eyes popped open at 9:30 in the morning and I was like what happened? I slept all through the night and it hadn't happened in so long that it took me has startled me a little bit, you know, and so I changed my quality of life. And you know, this is a message that I'm like now sharing with everyone and I get to do that because you know, I work in the CBD business but some things I learned from the Cannabis side
I was About 27 years in the marijuana business when I wasn't in the marijuana business, I was in the Marine Corps. So those are the two things that you know that I did with my life. I learned some really important stuff in canna-business sales and marketing was the first one, you know, I I was in cannabis distribution in the 80s and the model was a little different back then you know, so that got me into cultivation.
