Brad has been in the Cannabis Industry for over 3 years and has been an outspoken advocate for legalization, decriminalization, and proper regulation. While he was a partner with California Weed Blog, he produced the CannaBiz Expo in Los Angeles, was the lead editor, and investigative journalist. With a focus in Cannabis Science, Business, and Politics, Brad has written and spoken on many topics that have educated thousands of people and changed the course of California Regulation.Brad is now living in Florida and has his sights on Adult-Use in the state. He will be presenting a bill on the floor for the 2019 session to legalize and decriminalize Cannabis State-Wide with the assistance of many leaders in the industry from multiple states, which will be one of the most comprehensive, progressive, and structured bills to date.

Michael is the innovator at the helm of Centuria, a Nevada licensed developer of water-soluble phytocannabinoid ingredients and a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturer. His ascent to global cannabis leadership is supported by almost 15 years of developing proprietary technology, trade secrets, and navigating ever-changing global regulatory structures. With Michael’s focus on the mechanization of manufacturing processes and ability to quickly and cheaply scale to meet market demand, Centuria is positioned to continue as a global leader of the cannabis industry.

Prior to joining the team at EcoGen Laboratories, Derek was the Co-Founder of Healing Ventures, a full-service agency and digital marketplace dedicated to CBD, Chief Marketing of Klique Inc. where he oversaw all aspects of marketing and brand development, Associate Producer of Allegory Creative Management, and Key Account Manager of Gold Coast Partners. In his role of Chief Growth Officer of EcoGen Laboratories, Derek provides strategic, tactical and operational leadership to design, develop and deploy the companies agenda. He is accountable for growth including oversight of expansion, product development, sales operations, new revenue and strategy. He ensures that marketing, sales and products have a budget that allows for experimentation while achieving business revenue and project objectives. He is responsible for building out, leading, developing and managing the sales team globally. He is accountable for all products, services and solutions in EcoGen Laboratories portfolio.

Brent has over 20 years of legal, finance and executive-level management experience at numerous small and large-sized growth companies, law firms and investment firms. He has managed, executed and participated in over $2 billion in capital raising, private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions. He has assisted in the oversight, management and compliance of multiple investment funds with up to $100 million in assets under management. He routinely advises entrepreneurs, investors, executives, operators, fund managers and companies regarding entity formation, transactions, capital raising, structure, finance and operations. Brent is also an advisor and mentor to numerous companies and investment funds in the cannabis industry.In his legal practice, Brent specializes in the representation of closely-held entities and emerging growth companies through the whole business life cycle, including entity selection, formation, equity and debt financing transactions, acquisitions and the eventual transfer or sale of the business. In addition, Brent advises on capital raising transactions working extensively with companies looking for capital as well as venture capital and private equity funds. Brent also serves as outside general counsel to clients in support of operations, capital raising, corporate governance, commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property and general business matters.

Brandon is a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background in starting and cofounding companies across different industries. He has cofounded a digital marketing agency, a software company and now leads Danodan Hempworks, a new CBD brand in the U.S. food and beverage market. As the CEO, Brandon is accountable for marketing, sales, operations, product development and compliance programs. The Portland, OR based hemp CBD brand launched in the summer of 2018 and is distributed by mainstream beverage distribution partners and is sold in hundreds of locations in the U.S. including a regional, twenty-store grocery chain in Seattle and Portland.
